I’m starting to get scared that you’re both going to get mugged. Please tell me you both ended up safe, as that was not the kind of “beating” you were anticipating.

naw don’t worry nothing like that happened to us…NYC does have sketchy areas…but it’s gotten much safer since I lived there in the 90s…
